After moving to the Atlanta area in 2004, Tammy knew that she had to make the jump into real estate. She got her license in 2005 and has been working full time (and then some) in helping her clients sell their home and purchase another one. Tammy says that what she loves most about selling real estate is that each day if different. "Everyday I have the chance to make someone's dream come true; I love this job and just wish I had found it 20 years ago."
As numerous clients have written in their referral letters, Tammy will make you feel like you are her only client. She does what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it. If you are looking for an agent that is honest, hard working and determined to represent you to get the best deal possible you need not look any further. Tammy wants to be your real estate agent for life and she will earn that privilege by the way she does business with you. As one former client writes " Tammy was wonderful and worked so hard for me. I would recommend her to anyone and have actually sent four referrals to her. I've also sold two properties and bought another one using her. I am so at ease knowing she is on my side."
Tammy has been recognized by the Cobb Board of Realtors as being a Top Achiever, received the Outstanding Customer Service award from her former real estate firm, and qualified as a Top Producing Agent for volume of sales for since 2007. She is a member in good standing of the Cobb Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Tammy has worked as a Productivity Coach with a national real estate company in both the metro Atlanta area and just outside of Nashville, helping other Realtors grow themselves and their business. She teaches classes on marketing, customer service and ways to better serve real estate clients. She enjoys writing and promises herself that she will someday write the next best business book.
Tammy and her husband Dave reside just off the historic Marietta Square and attend church in the Hiram area. They both are active supporters of Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue out of Kennesaw. In their spare time you can find them going into the city for plays and Georgia Tech ball games or trying out unique, new restaurants. As time allows, they travel to fun locations on their motorcycle but Tammy never lets it interfere with business. She has had her helmet outfitted with a very quiet headset and has actually conducted business and negotiated contracts while riding down the highway.
Working with Tammy is an adventure and journey that she will make fun along the way. Let her and her team help with your real estate needs.
